ABSTRACT ATTITUDE- an objective, detached, impersonal state of mind.
ABSTRACT CONCEPT - a concept or idea not related to any specific instance or object and which potentially can be applied to many different situations or objects. People with cognitive deficits often have difficulty understanding abstract concepts.

A screenreader won't have any trouble reading visually obscured text just like any other, so there has to be a way for the user to know that the warning/spoile r is coming up and a way for them to tell the screenreader to proceed to what comes after the warning/spoile r. It's not a whole lot of markup, but it's a little faffy, definitely something to keep somewhere to cut and paste. In the context of a complete header, it would look something like:
